Michael Haneke wins the Golden Palm in Cannes
Yeah! On sunday Austrian director Michael Haneke won his second Golden Palm at the 65 Filmfestival in Cannes for his new film Amour.
Michael Haneke’s new movie Amour (Love) was labeled as a favorite right from the beginning of this year’s Filmfestival in Cannes. But because in the last years of the festival the jury often came up with a surprising winner, there was some doubt if Haneke would actually receive the Golden Palm in the end.
